Refund policy

At Shyara Jewels, customer satisfaction is important to us. Every piece of jewellery is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • You receive a damaged or defective product.
  • You receive the wrong product.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To help us process your request quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number.
  • A clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened until the product is fully visible.
  • Clear photographs showing the issue.

Please note: Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons and to maintain product quality, we do not accept returns or exchanges in the following situations:

  • Change of mind.
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer.
  • Colour or design preference.
  • Products that have been used, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Minor variations in colour due to lighting or screen settings.

Refunds & Replacements

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If the product is eligible for replacement and the same item is in stock, we will dispatch a replacement at no additional cost.
  • If the replacement is not available due to stock unavailability, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned product has been received and approved.

Please note: The refund will be initiated only after the returned product has been received and successfully passed our quality inspection.

The returned product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all tags, accessories, and complimentary items (if any).

Orders Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
